Here comes
Santa December 9th, found the Marching Wildcats practicing some numbers to perform during the parade. Our marching Wildcats enjoyed playing some of their favorite songs. Although, "Let's Go Wildcats" was missing, overall it was a fun night for the parade fans. We marched behind the Walmart 's 18 wheeler truck... How fitting as it was the Walmart's parade! From the truck they threw lot's of candy. Attendance for the parade was higher than the previous year, and our Wildcats thrilled the fans. We did the Electric Slide among other songs.... And our Christmas song was a hit... We had Santa dancing in his sky box as we passed by with our soul stirring drumline cadences.. You will have to wait for the video to see Santa getting down.. it will be worth the wait... I'm with the band could not be a more fitting title for the Marching high stepping Wildcats... The flag line twirled the huge candy canes... and the Majorette's sported large garlands on their batons.. And someone in the crowd was amazed and how high the danceline could kick! If you haven't seen them, then you have missed out... They are the Blue Diamond Dancers!
