Missing
senior night at the football game was something you didn't want to do! The
weather was great. Our football team had been struggling the past few
games. The band was playing and pumping up the crowd. The fair
was in town so the attendance for this most important game was down a little.
Senior night occurred before the game. The Football, Cheerleader and Band seniors were introduced to the crowd. It was an exciting game as we scored a touchdown during the first four minutes of the game. The band scrambled to play the "Fight Song!" They played it so proudly.
Band kids from Ferry Pass and Ransom middle school were in the house jammin' with the Marching Wildcats. They had a quick lesson on some of the songs and groovy moves the band does in the stands. The middle school kids seemed to be having lot's of fun! The band had plenty of practice playing the fight song as our Wildcats went on to win 24-6!! How fitting that our senior night turned out to be a winning night. What a great way to end our last home game! A special thanks goes out to Anthony, our very busy Mascot. Anthony came out to the game on very short notice to dance and entertain the crowd for senior night! Thank you Bonne' Bland for getting in touch with Anthony for us! Many people don't realize it takes more than one person to make things happen. Are you that one person???
