Band Fees

Band fee schedule and Payments: $300!

First  band  fee  payment:   $150.00. Due July 21st, 2008,when
Full Band Camp begins.

Second band fee payment: $150.00. Due August 12, 2008.

More than one band kid.  The fee is $265 each!

Instrument rental fee: $100

There is no registration for band camp.

2 Is there a fee for Band Camp?(back)
There is no fee for band camp, but there is a fee for participating in the band.

3 What should my kid wear?(back)
Your son/daughter should wear shorts, sneakers, a white t-shirt and bring a water bottle and his instrument.

4 What do I do with the permission form, emergency data and parent info sheet? who do I send them to?(back)
Bring them to the meet and greet and hand them in.  We will also have a notary available at this meeting to notarize your forms.

5 How do I sign up to volunteer?(back)
You can sign up at the meet and greet and any time after that.  The band would not exists if not for the volunteers.  

6Are we suppose to attend the band boosters meetings? (back)
Yes, the meetings are held the 3rd thursday of every month all year round.  If a meeting will be changed we will try to notify all band parents.  Besides this website attending the meetings is the only way to know what is going on in the band.  Financial reports are given to report how the band fees are being utilized, fund raisers are discussed,  general band issues are aired and where we need more volunteers.  Parental involvement is the most important ingredient of a successful band.   New ideas are always welcomed.  All band meetings are open to all band parents.   

7How will I be notified of any changes in practices, meetings or games? (back)

It's very important that we have your current accurate information.  If you have any changes please let us know so we can update our records.

We will utilize various forms of communication to contact you.  

Email: We have a group email list to email notifications out to the parents and students.  Please supply us with your best email address, if you are not getting updates then please sign up..

Text Messaging: New for 2008 we will send out weekly text messages to update what is happening with the band.  Please sign up for this great way to communicate!  

Phone: We will also utilize a phone dialing system, "Connect-Ed", which will automatically call the number you supply to us.  Again please ensure we have your correct phone number.  

Website:We will update the website as soon as we know of any changes in the schedule.  

Notes home: We will utilize the very reliable system of sending a note home with your band student....

During the meet and greet or at any of the band boosters meetings please let someone know of your special skill.  We can alway put you to use. We have many talented parents to go along with their talented kids.  . going home how many digital stuff do we have
