Washington H.S.   Since theplayingcats.com doesn't receive notification of who is on this list, please let us know if you do not want your child to appear on our site.   photos@theplayingcats.com The form starts as below: Technology and Media Release Form Please sign and return this form to your child’s English teacher ONLY if you do not wish for your child to have access to any of the following: MULTIMEDIA My student DOES NOT have permission to be photographed, videotaped, or interviewed by print or broadcast media and identified by name, regarding school sponsored program and activities. Parents and guardians are advised that students who do not have the multimedia release will not be able to appear in any print or broadcast media outside the regular school setting.
