First Aid Kit Check off list!

Check off list done weekly if possible with 2 people:

Check Expiration dates of medicines:
Abuterol inhaler
Benadryl strips or antihistamine tablets - help control allergic reactions
Acetaminophen
Ibuprofen
Pamprin
Skin rash cream: hydrocortisone or calendula helpful w/any contact dermatitis (i.e. poison ivy, oak)
Antibacterial spray to relieve insect bites, stings and cuts
Neosporin/Bacitracin Ointment: 1 tube. This is a topical antibiotic.
Non-latex Gloves and sterile gloves
Thermometer, preferably digital!
Cough medicine, Decongestant tablets or nasal spray
Anti-diarrhea
Anti-nausea
Steri-Strips: 1 package. Butter-Flys, Adhesive Sutures, Adhesive Closures.
Betadine Antiseptic: 4oz bottle or 12 individually wrapped swabs
Eye wash: 1 small vial. normal saline wash but any type will work (i.e. Visine, Clear eyes)
Forceps: 1 pair disposable splinter forceps (Tweezers)
First aid manual
