You've got to fight, fight, fight for FSU!
You've got to scalp 'em Seminoles;
You've got to win, win, win, win this game,
and roll on down and make those goals.
For FSU is on the warpath now,
and at the battle's end she's great.
So fight fight fight fight to victory.
Our Seminoles from Florida State!

Jeffrey was a member of the 2007 Splash Cats. He knew he would never be in the top tier of swimmers especially since he only swims during 3 month the swim season each year, but he did it for the fun of it.  He improved all season and it shows in his times at every race.  He made the most of the the Friday 5:15AM practices even when the coach give the band kids the day off as their day won't end until 11PM and they have meets on Saturdays. Visit him and the team at swim.theplayingcats.com!   Jeffrey finishes up his senior year on a high note playing in the All County Honor Band among other achievements.

Jeffrey is in his fourth year and final year of school and playing alto/tenor sax in the Marching Wildcats band.  He is in his second year as section leader of the Sax section for the 2007-2008 season.  The past 2006-2007 season was full of new experiences as the Wildcats band sent their first Jazz band to the FBA in Crestview.  He also worked with the Symphonic band who later performed at the FBA in Ft. Walton Beach.  It was a busy year.
He got his 'reed' wet playing in the concert band at Pensacola Christian Academy (PCA) 2 years before attending Booker T. Washington H.S.  It was a big adjustment for him going from sitting and playing with music sheets in front of him to marching and playing after memorizing the selections. When asked if he misses PCA, he does miss a few things, but quickly responds with a NO!  He loves his Wildcat Family.

Jeffrey works hard in school, although it seems as if he is playing computer games when he should be studying, but he claims he is taking a break.  He is maintaining a ~ "A-" average in school so we will leave him to his study habits.  He is a member of the the FBLA, ACES and the Spanish club and hopes to join the Chess club.

He's was also a 2006 Splash Cat on the BT Washington High School Swim team and he's a morning person so he makes the 5:15AM pratices with no problem, except he has to wait for his sister Monique, who is not a morning person.  Jeff has never been on a swim team before, so this is his first experience.  It was pretty funny at times... But he did ok.

He loves to try to beat his parents at "H.O.R.S.E." (basketball game where you have to shoot from wherever the person in front of you shoots and gets it in).  And loves sports in general, but just never seems to have time to purse them on a more regular basis.

Jeffrey has been singing in his church choir for the past 11 years and did the church monthly newsletter for 3 years.  He is now the president of the Church choir, Voices of Joy!

He loves to rollerskate and is proficient on inlines, inline speed skates and quads (fyi: most people can only skate on one type of skates).  You will find him at the all night skate at Dreamland whenever he gets the chance to go and almost every Friday when he can make it.  Another passion of his is that he loves to ride his bike and will go out riding if he isn't too tired from band practice.

Jeffrey drives himself and sister to his 5:15AM (M-F) swim practices and then home from marching band practice in the evening.  His days are very long.  But he seems to be enjoying it.

Even when he had all 4 wisdom teeth removed he didn't miss one day of school.. Although he couldn't play the Saxaphone for a few days...

Jeff2 was born in the "boogey down" Bronx, NY and has his black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
